CYA Consulting Group, Inc. is headquartered in Saint Augustine, Florida. The company has a long, and impressive history of success. It is named after the owner, and her two grandsons, Christopher and Andrew. The company's claim to fame is: Helping people help themselves! This is achieved by providing personalized executive coaching combined with performance excellence training, using creative and traditional quality tools and techniques. Our services are designed to enhance skills in four distinct areas: 1) Personal Mastery Leadership, 2) Planning and Strategy, 3) Engagement, Teaming, and Valuing of Employees and Customers, and 4) Continuous Improvement, including Data Analytics, Project Management, and Process Improvement.

From Great to Superior
CYA was founded in 1996 to help nonprofits that lacked the evaluative data they needed to access private and governmental grants, despite their excellent work. Originally, the company was named CYA Associates, Inc., but when it was relocated to Florida, the name changed to its current one. From the start, the company's claim to fame has been to 'help people help themselves', including the organizations they work in or start. CYA has successfully expanded its operations to provide one-on-one individualized coaching, plus customized services to small businesses, governmental entities, and educational institutions. CYA's leadership development initiatives have helped over 3,200 people advance in their careers, become entrepreneurs, and/or make a greater impact in their organizations.
