EXECUTIVE COACHING

Our Executive Coaching is custom designed for the Client. The Client specifies the level of the frequency, (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly) and the time of day. Through the completion of a Client questionnaire, the client indicates what they want to accomplish and within what timeframe. The customer is billed at an hourly rate for a specified number of hours. A Pricing Proposal and Service Level Agreement are developed with the Client.

We allow you to demonstrate and apply your knowledge. We provide you with solutions to problems, develop your management and customer service skills, reduce your inefficiency, and increase your revenue. We are not the only show in town, but we are exceptionally good at what we do!

PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE TRAINING

We can provide virtual training in a variety of time slots: 2-4 hour for, 1, 3, or 5 days to help you and your staff grasp and learn Performance Excellence concepts and strategies.  A 1.5 day training is available on-site by special request. Both venues allow for the practice and application of a variety of continuous improvement and creative tools.

The training is informative, relevant,  and FUN!

The original definition of Performance Excellence® was a term coined over 20 years ago by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), under the auspices of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Foundation. The term is often confused with Performance Management and Performance Metrics, but it is distinctly different from those terms.

Performance Excellence ® is defined by the Baldrige Foundation as:

An integrated (systems) approach to organizational performance that results in:

  • Delivery of ever-improving value to customers and stakeholders, contributing organizational sustainability;

  • Improvement of overall organizational effectiveness and capabilities, and

  • Organizational and Personal learning.

    CYA recognizes the Baldrige definition and ascribes to the Baldrige Foundation as the flagship p organization leading the charge of performance excellence.
