A Systems Thinking Model for Improving the Education and Training of Performance Excellence is a valuable resource for effectively leading organization change, improvement, and sustainability. The Model is an instructional guide which can be used by college professors, managers, directors of quality, human resource personnel, and front-line staff to increase their knowledge and understanding of performance excellence. The Model provides a conceptual framework with five focus areas: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Workforce Development, , and Continuous Improvement.  The Model’s principles and tools have been taught to more than 2,500 people to advance their careers.
