It is no doubt, that leaders are busy! But, they simply cannot do everything themselves. They must delegate!

My dad was a real cool dude, but he COULD NOT drive! I went everywhere with him anyway!

Some times we are own ‘border bullies’ because we won’t open our minds to a new concept or idea. Saying “no” is easy; thinking requires a can-do attitude!

Lying! Enough said!

We like to think we have it all together! But, we really don’t, and must rely on a greater source of power, especially when we are face a difficult situation. A beacon of light helps us find our way, even when we think we have lost our way.

A dish garden is reflective of how leaders must embrace and tolerate difference in individuals within their organizations because we are not carbon copies of each other.

This is NEXT! And, that’s all that matters because now you know something is coming—sooner or later! lol
