Leadership for Organizational Excellence
This presentation is derived from the principles and practices of the ASQ Body of Knowledge (QBOK), the Baldrige criteria for Performance Excellence, and the Systems Thinking Framework created and used successfully by the author for the past 30+ years. It provides analytics from the Gallup Organization about the State of the Global Workplace, and focuses on how managers need to be BOTH leaders AND managers to address issues of quiet quitting, blaming, and burnout. It describes how leaders can use creative tools for planning, teaming, communicating, and evaluating their effectiveness in leading organizational excellence.
